I. Nguyên Liệu & Chuẩn Bị:
- 6 lòng đỏ trứng
- 1 hộp mascarpone cheese như trong hình
- 1 cup đường
- 2 cups (1 pint) heavy whipping cream - để trong freezer chừng 30 phút trước khi đem ra dùng
- 1 gói bánh lady fingers (14oz)
- 1 cup sữa tươi
- Cà phê hoà tan (instant coffee) - nhiều ít tuỳ ý
- Rượu rum - nhiều ít tuỳ ý
- Trang trí - tuỳ ý . Có thể dùng bột cacoa và chocolate loại semisweet
II. Cách Làm:
- Bắc nồi nước sôi lên bếp, nước sôi thì hạ lửa nhỏ xuống.
- Cho tròng đỏ vào 1 cái tô lớn, cho tiếp 1/2 lượng đường vào tô, đánh cho tan, cho lên nồi nước, đánh cho trứng hơi đặc lại. (Nấu kiểu double boiling). Nhấc ra khỏi bếp
- Tiếp tục đánh cho tới khi trứng thật nguội.
- Cho cheese vào, đánh cho quyện đều.
- Cho whipping cream vào thau trứng, trộn cho đều.
- Cho instant coffee vào chén nhỏ, chế rượu rum vào từ từ cho thấm hết coffee, quậy cho coffee tan ra, chế thêm chút rượu vô.
- Nhúng bánh lady fingers vô sữa tươi, lót vào đáy khuôn, dùng cọ chấm vào coffee rồi quét lên lady fingers.
- Cho vô tủ lạnh qua đêm
- Hôm sau mang ra, trang trí tuỳ ý .
